The Good: Material is very nice, good stretch but felt durable. Once dialed in the fit was nice, trim from ankle to thigh. Really like the front pocket arrangement. Buckles on the straps were nice.
The Not so Good: Side pockets were a good size, but had no feature to prevent a phone from slipping out if you are sitting / squatting or otherwise in a position with that pocket facing "not up" - other pants I have with a side pocket like this have a "flap" on the top of the opening that will prevent a phone (or other items) from sliding out as easily.
The Bad: Width between the Shoulder straps, especially in the back, is really wide on these. I didn't realize this would be an issue for me, but they naturally rest wider on my shoulders because of this, which causes a very uncomfortable sensation that quickly turned into an ache on my right shoulder. Sure enough when I compared to other overalls I have and happily wear all day (carhartt flex, patagonia bibs) those other overalls have straps that come from a more central point along your spine (or cross at your spine), which causes them to rest on my shoulders closer to my neck, not out as far. When I tried these with the shoulder straps crossed behind my back they instantly felt much better, but this caused the back fabric panel to fold and billow out behind me, and the front fabric panel to pop out a touch as well, not ideal!
