We stand by our products with our Fair Deal Guarantee policy that includes:

  • Full Manufacturer Warranty: If your gear has a defect, we'll repair it at no charge or issue a replacement if necessary.

  • Repair & Replacement Program: For wear and tear from normal use, we'll repair at cost. If unrepairable, we'll offer a significant discount on a replacement.
